Plot Summary: The anime once again tells two stories. The first story takes place in the past. Himura Yuu meets a girl, Amamiya Yuuko who seems to know him, but he does not know. Soon, however, remembers that she was a girl he knew from long ago. Yuuko then tells him something he had never met. It was his first love, ever since, and her first love has not ended yet. The second story takes place in this, just after the events of EF - A Tale of Memories. Kuze Shuuichi meet Aso Renji's cousin, Hayama Mizuki and spends time with her. Unknown to Mizuki, Kuze had contracted a fatal disease and has little time to live. Kuze has decided to break all ties romantic, but things go wrong when Mizuki tells him she loves him.
